PARTY POLICY
Policy
All Pretty Pinky's parties are 2 hours long starting the moment guests enter the bus for your selected party package. We require 30 minutes set up time before each party and 30 minutes clean up after each party. Our parties operate on a set schedule therefore all parties must start and end on time (weather or excessive traffic permitting). Under no circumstances will we be able to wait for latecomers. They are welcome to join in at the point of the party's progression once they arrive.
A non-refundable (zelle,credit or debit) deposit, must be paid to Pretty Pinky's to reserve party date. Your complete balance must be paid in full upon arrival by Zelle, debit or credit.
If for any reason you need to cancel your party you must notify Pretty Pinky's within 72 hours of your party. You will be offered the opportunity to reschedule according to availability.
All photos taken by Pretty Pinky's during the party are solely the property of Pretty Pinky's and may possibly be used by Pretty Pinky's for strictly advertising purposes only on social media sites such as but not limited to Instagram and Tik Tok.
Pretty Pinky's parties are for Entertainment purposes only. We make no claims of being licensed professional technicians, cosmetologist, or estheticians, but we are committed to protecting the safety and health of our party guests and associates. We also exercise special care in using kid friendly products.
Therefore, we take no responsibility for any illnesses or allergic reactions for any party guests. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian hosting the party to make sure none of their guests are sick and also alert Pretty Pinky's in advance of any allergies that any of their guests may have.
During the event, your child may be going up and down steps to get in and out of the bus. Pretty Pinky's Party Bus is not responsible for any damages, accidents or injuries that may occur while under our supervision.
Pretty Pinky's reserve the right to refuse any party under the condition of what we consider to be an unsafe environment for our staff or party associates.
If Pretty Pinky's Party Bus cannot make it to your party or event due to any uncontrollable event or disaster such as extreme weather conditions, mechanical failure, car accident, hospitalization, ect. we will try our best to make alternate party arrangements that are equally adequate. If for any reason the situation cannot be rectified, we will return your full deposit within 7-10 business days.
